Cantiere del Pardo adopts the UNI PdR 125:2022 guidelines to promote gender equality and inclusion
Cantiere del Pardo has chosen to adopt policies and procedures to implement a Management System compliant with the UNI PdR 125:2022 guidelines, reaffirming its commitment to gender equality, the promotion of diversity, and the inclusion of every individual within its organizational context.
The UNI PdR 125:2022 standard promotes an inclusive and diverse corporate culture, where everyone can express their potential in an environment based on collaboration, participation, and well-being.

This initiative reaffirms Cantiere del Pardo’s dedication to protecting the health, physical and moral integrity, and dignity of all individuals working with us. We also renew our adherence to the Organizational, Management, and Control Model (MOG) for the prevention of crimes in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
