Cantiere del Pardo is pleased to announce its participation in the third edition of the New Skills Fund (Fondo Nuove Competenze – FNC). Thanks to this important funding opportunity, we have launched an ambitious training program designed to strengthen and update the professional skills of our entire team.
The training courses actively involve both office staff and production workers, bringing the company together around a shared goal of continuous growth and development. The initiative has been met with great enthusiasm and participation.
